Time related reporting and analysis is important in decision making.

We strongly believe we can make period-over-period comparison in charts less complex and faster for everybody. Within our familiar UI you will be able to unlock the power of period over period comparison through drag & drop. And this, as always, with the possibility of locale aware formatting and taking into account timezones.

This will improve the speed of implementation and the time-to-valuable insights!

Comparing period-over-period can span a variety of use cases. In a first step, we have focused on comparison over existing date granularity levels such as weekdays, weeknumbers, months, day in a month, etc. In this step, we focus on allowing custom periods to be used for period over period comparisons.

We are looking into the possibility of extending plugin-connectors to enable:

• Chosing what properties you require for a user to set when configuring that plugin: eg. host, key, token, ...
• Custom aggregations. This allows you to specify in a dashboard that the plugin takes care of the aggregation of the measure. You will be able to go beyond the standard aggregations available: sum, cumulative sum, average, median, count, distinct count, min, max, stdev, rate.

In addition to general usage view like Monthly Active Designers and Viewers, organization owners would benefit from more granular insights on usage:

• Usage of individual integrations: number of users, per month per dashboard
• Average sessions length, visiting frequency, ...
• User specific statistics

In addition to our managed cloud-hosting & custom VPC's, we are researching alternative deployment options, such as multi-cloud options, Bring-Your-Own cloud and others. Expanding our cloud hosting options within the right technical, support & maintenance framework will increase accessibility & scalability for all.

Adding the option of an out-of-the-box 'acceleration layer' would speed up performance of analytical queries regardless of the original data sources. Allowing a 'full' synchronization and a 'delta' (update only records that have changed) synchronization are options we are working on. As well as setting a time schedule for both.
